You may have made goals last year and not achieved them. The worst thing to do is believe that you can't achieve goals, as though one instance....ok, maybe 5 means you are incapable of ticking off your list!
Certainly not, this year it might be an idea to revise the goals you had set last year (s).
Are they still valid?
Are you still the same person you were when you made them?
Are your circumstances different or changed?
Are they still worth it?
Well, answer those questions and get about the business of achieving your goals this year...
